  2. Steam Room (8–10 min)

    • Encourage deep, slow breathing with eucalyptus or lavender towels.
    • Reminder to stay hydrated.
  3. Cool Shower Rinse (1–2 min)
    “Seal the heat and refresh the senses.”

    • Use deluge or rainfall shower to cool body temperature.
    • Enhances circulation and contrast therapy effects.
  4. Sauna (8–10 min)
    “Enjoy dry heat for deeper detoxification and relaxation.”
